New Yorkers: Tildy's Moment
Review/Article:

Title: New Yorkers-Short Stories: Tildy's Moment
Author: O. Henry
Editorial: Oxford
Collection: Oxford Bookwarms
Number of pages: 56
Short summary: In Bogle's Family Restaurant Aileen and Tildy work. Tildy would like to find somebody to love hair as Aileen has. One day Mr. Seeders, who is drunk, kisses her. She is really happy, but three days later he comes regretful and she becomes very sad.
Characters: Mr. Bogle, Aileen, Tildy, Mr. Seeders, Other men and The Voice.

Personal assessment: In my opinion, this short story describes two opposite characters: the waitress. One is pretty and happy, the other is not pretty and sad. And two opposite : customers-men. Those who are superficial and like pretty women, and the one who likes a woman no mind her appearance. Definitely, it seems to me a good story to consider that it's more important inside each person that physical appearance.
